Shipping

Virtually our products can be shipped to all countries around the world except for those products with restrictions or impossible to be shipped to certain destinations. If your order is impossible to be shipped, we will contact you.

We provide the best shipping rate that may saves you a lot.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes internationally, you must provide a valid street address.

We’re anglers just like you. That’s why we treat your rod like we treat ours with the utmost attention to package strength and security when shipping it.
We specifically pack the tip of the rod in multiple layers of bubble wrap so that it doesn’t roll inside the rod tube. We also wrap the base of the rod to further limit movement in transit.

The total delivery time is the sum of the lead time and the shipping time.
Lead time = the period betwen your ordder and shipment of the ordered products. (It usually lasts for 1-3 working days)
Shipping time = the period between shipment and delivery of your order. (It usually requires about 10-20 business days dependant on the shipping method and destinations.)
Delivery time may vary based on unpredictable issue, Please be patience and let us know your concern anytime.

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also login to your account at any time to check the status of your shipment and view tracking from the main page after logging into your account. Tracking numbers may take a full 24-48 hours from the ship date to activate, and it’s normal for a few days to go by without a location update.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a free resend or refund to you.

We pay close attention to our inventory and do our very best to make sure it’s correct and up-to-date. We are human however and we make mistakes. If you order something that we show is in stock but is actually out of stock, we will inform you prior to shipping your items. We will give you the opportunity to wait till it comes back into stock, change it for a different color, or we can refund you for the missing item or items.

Yes, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of receipt for an exchange or a refund.

Please note, the following conditions:

  • Your item must be new and unused.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging and include all accessories.
  • Special orders, custom-made, and clearance sales items are not returnable. However, if your item is defective, please contact us.

We accept order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order is canceled you will get full refund in 2-3 days.
Please be notified that we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you need to cancel an order after the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return. In that case, please refer to our Return Policies and Procedures listed below.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If in the unlikely event that you wish to raise a dispute or complaint we advise you to contact our friendly Customer Service Team. They will be more than happy to assist and aim to solve any issue you may have.
We endeavor to acknowledge your dispute or complaint within 2 working days and we will attempt to solve it as soon as possible.
