Shipping Policy
Our products can be shipped to all countries around the world except for those products with restrictions or impossible to be shipped to certain destinations. If your order is impossible to be shipped, we will contact you. If you need an item by a certain date, we strongly encourage you to email us first. We provide the best shipping rate that may saves you a lot. We do not ship to P.O. boxes internationally, you must provide a valid street address.

Free shipping on orders over $39 USD. You must select the free shipping option in the checkout.
Fishing Rods will include an additional $10 USD shipping surcharge on each order.

Expected Delivery Time
The total delivery time is the sum of the lead time and the shipping time.
Lead time = the period betwen your ordder and shipment of the ordered products. (It usually lasts for 1-3 working days)
Shipping time = the period between shipment and delivery of your order. (It usually requires about 10-20 business days dependant on the shipping method and destinations.)
Delivery time may vary based on unpredictable issue, Please be patience and let us know your concern anytime.

Orders
You will receive an email confirmation after we have successfully received your order. Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order – we are unable to make changes once the order has left our warehouse. Your confirmation email will include your order number and shipping method selected.

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., items that require drop shipment from the manufacturer and orders that contain tackle and rods/reels in the same order).


Tracking My Order
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also login to your account at any time to check the status of your shipment and view tracking from the main page after logging into your account. Tracking numbers may take a full 24-48 hours from the ship date to activate, and it’s normal for a few days to go by without a location update. Please be aware that if your order contains more than one item you may receive more than one tracking as products may ship from different locations depending on the item ordered.

Return
You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The return of most new, unopened, and unused items will receive a full refund. Packaged items must be returned in the original packaging for proper credit. Please review our Return Policy.
